
1:1 Somatic Coaching
My 1:1 coaching sessions are designed to meet you where you’re at in your healing journey. In these sessions you will expereience ancient wisdom, infused with modern day science tailored to your unique needs. I utilize Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, Polyvagal theory, & more to address what’s going on from a well-rounded mind, body, & soul approach.
The way I practice is rooted in a commitment to whole heartedly and compassionately serving your individual needs, with a dedication to creating profound, long-lasting impact.
Working with the nervous system is designed to be slow, and therefore it is most effective when done in the long-term. I don’t typically do single sessions because nervous system heling happens when there’s safety, connection, and consistency.

Weekly or biweekly sessions. Incorporating various modalities including Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, & more.

A in-depth understanding of the nervous system through nervous system mapping. A deep dive into understanding of the various different Parts that make up your internal landscape utilzing Internal Family Systems.

Practices Between Sessions
Get a discount on the Sacred Somatics Membership where you’ll find somatic practices, journal prompts, educational modules, and more. This will help you create safety in between session and feel comfortable navigating triggers between sessions.

Psycho and somatic education during sessions that helps enhance your understanding of your mind & body connection. Resource recommendations such as videos, books, podcasts for continued expansion.

The Investment
I ask that each of my clients selects a 4 or 6 month commitment. I have a variety of payment options as follows:
Monthly payments: Discounted 15% off
Pay per session: $175// a session
